  • While many clinics onboard patients in weeks or months, we’ve worked to streamline the process to a matter of days. 

    If you have recent labs that include all the information we require, you can fill out your medical history and schedule a consultation immediately. If you don’t have recent labs, you can scheudle a lab appointment today. If an Affinity Medical Provider qualifies you for treatment, it often ships out the next day and all our treatments come with free 2-day shipping.

    You can complete your evaluation online and we’ll be in touch shortly, or give us a call to shareyour information, ask questions and schedule your first appointment now. 

    2. Labs and Consultation 

    A dedicated Patient Care Coordinator will assist with  booking your  labs and answer any questions you have. After your labs you’ll have a free consultation with an  Affinity Medical Provider online or in the office. Your custom program is based on your goals and medical needs. 

    3. Delivered to your door

    Your personalized program is delivered discreetly to your home. You're welcome to visit the office anytime for free Inbody composition analysis to track your progress with the highest accuracy. Your Patient Care Coordinator and Provider are available for questions and guidance throughout your program.

  • No, we don’t have any membership fees. Our programs typically last 3-6 months and can be paid in full before starting or financed over the length of your program. 

  • Weight loss programs starting under $299 per month. Testosterone Replacement programs range based on your dosage and program length, typically $249-$349 per month, all-in. Affinity’s all-in pricing includes your medications, supplements, supplies, shipping & handling, follow-up lab work and follow-up consultation.

    We never charge a membership fee. You’re partnered with a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator as your point of contact throughout the process.

  • Typically, insurance does not reimburse or cover the cost of Affinity Whole Health’s programs. However, we do accept HSA and FSA cards for treatment and services.

  • During your first consultation with an Affinity Medical Provider, you’ll go over your lab results and medical history together. Your Affinity Medical Provider determines if you qualify for a treatment program,explains treatment options, potential side effects, and answers your medical questions. 

  • When you begin a program with Affinity, you receive check-ins from your Patient Care Coordinator and your Affinity Medical Provider reviews your periodic lab results. You'll have consultations annually with your Affinity Medical Provider and as needed.

  • Lab results are typically available in 48 hours. 

  • Orders often ship within a day of placing your order and all orders include fast 2-day shipping at no additional cost. Ask your Patient Care Coordinator about your specific order.

  • Affinity's weight loss program involves reviewing your medical history, simple labs, and a Medical Provider consultation. All of your medication and supplies are shipped to your door for weekly self-injections. 

  • Disqualifying conditions include a history of Diabetes, Kidney Disease, Gallbladder Disease, Pancreatitis, Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma, Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Syndrome Type 2, Thyroid Nodule that has not been evaluated, Pregnant or Breastfeeding

  • Medical studies report patients losing 15-20% of their body weight on average after one year. Results vary based on medication, dosage, starting weight, activity levels and other factors.

  • Depending on your dosage, programs typically last  3-5 months. 

  • Programs starting under $299 per month. Our all-in pricing covers your medications, supplies, shipping & handling, follow-up consultations and follow-up lab work. We never charge a membership fee.

  • Typically, insurance does not reimburse or cover the cost of Compounded Semaglutide / Tirzepatide treatment. However, we do accept HSA and FSA cards for treatment and services.

  • Yes! Compounded medications are real medications. They may contain the same active ingredients as FDA-approved medications.

    All medications are prepared in State Board of Pharmacy licensed compounding pharmacies or FDA-licensed 503(b) Outsourcing Facilities, ensuring the use of only the highest quality ingredients. Although these facilities are highly regulated, the compounded medications are not FDA-approved, as they are tailored to an individual provider's prescription for a specific patient.

    Medically approved clients may be offered prescription injections of Semaglutide, which are gradually absorbed by the body over a day or week to help reduce appetite and cravings. 

    Please note, the compounded medication you may receive is not affiliated with Novo Nordisk™ or their brand-name drugs Wegovy® and Ozempic®.

  • Potential side effects include abdominal discomfort, constipation, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, headache; these symptoms may improve over time. Patients have found side effects may decrease by maintaining proper hydration and eating before injection.

  • Low testosterone is a common condition that men develop due to age, stress, disease, physical trauma, an unhealthy lifestyle or environmental factors.

    Testosterone levels naturally decrease as we age, typically starting around age 30 and declining by about 1–2% per year.

  • Testing for low testosterone involves drawing blood for analysis and reviewing your medical history and symptoms with your Affinity Medical Provider. 

  • Affinity offers some of the most comprehensive labs in the industry. Your Patient Care Coordinator can explain which blood tests you’ll need for your desired program.

    If you already have labs, you can share them with Affinity to see if we can use them for your consultation. Your Affinity Medical Provider will review your labs with you during your consultation. 

  • Affinity offers free 2-day shipping for all orders. Your order often ships the day after your telehealth appointment. 

  • Testosterone levels decrease naturally about 1-2% per year after peaking in your 20s and 30s. Normal ranges vary by age and other factors. To find out if your levels are within the normal range, you can begin by scheduling labs with your medical provider or Affinity Whole Health.

  • It usually takes 4-8 weeks to feel the effects of TRT, although each patient notices results differently. 

  • The most common side effects include acne, increase in red blood cell count, decrease in sperm counts, breast tenderness and worsening of sleep apnea. 

    Other potential side effects are discussed by your Affinity Medical Provider at your consultation.  If determined, your Provider may prescribe medications to alleviate these potential side effects.

  • Your initial labs to see if you are eligible for a TRT program cost $99.

    Your TRT program cost will depend on what medications and dosage you are prescribed.

    Affinity’s all-in pricing covers your medications, supplements, supplies, shipping & handling, follow-up lab work and your follow-up consultation. We never charge a membership fee.

    You also will be partnered with a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator as your point of contact throughout the process.

  • Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy includes replacing the natural hormones that the body stops producing with hormones that are identical in structure.  This can alleviate the symptoms of menopause.


  • Your initial labs to see if you are eligible for a BHRT program cost $99. Your BHRT program cost will depend on what medications and dosage you are prescribed.

    Affinity’s all-in pricing covers your medications, supplements, supplies, shipping & handling, follow-up lab work and your follow-up consultation. We never charge a membership fee. You also will be partnered with a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator as your point of contact throughout the process.

  • Patients typically start to feel improvement within six weeks of starting medication, although it may be sooner. You should allow 3 months to feel the full effect of your treatment program.

  • Potential side effects depend upon which medications you are prescribed. You may be prescribed more than one hormone depending on your body’s needs. 

    Most women do not experience any negative side effects, but the most common are bleeding/spotting, breast tenderness, bloating, headaches and acne. 

    Other potential side effects are discussed by your Affinity Medical Provider at your consultation.
